The cat called Pico had the same orange accessory as Peco-kun around it's neck.

It meowed fondly as it rubbed it's ear against Peco-kun's leg.
Peco: MC-chan, let me introduce you. This is my buddy, Pico.
MC: Nice to meet you, Pico.
Pico rubbed it's head against my leg.
Peco: It looks like Pico loves you too, MC-chan!
After Peco-kun said that, he placed his head against me too.

While I was outside of the room, I quietly took a peek inside...

Maid: MC-sama, is something the matter?
MC: How's Prince Peco doing...?
Maid: He's fine. He stopped coughing and is now settling down.
(That's good.)
Just as I became relieved...

Peco-kun's face brightened up.

Peco-kun pointed towards a place where lots of people were gathering at.
MC: That's the market.
Peco: Okay! Shall we go together?
MC: Sure. Let's go together.
Peco-kun's eyes shined brightly.
Peco: Thank you, MC-chan! That's right, I wanted you to drink this tea!
Peco-kun energetically jumped off from the bed and poured some tea into a new cup.
(Even though he was coughing earlier, will he be okay...?)
Peco: Here you go!
Ignoring my worries, Peco-kun made a lovely smile.
(I understand why everyone gets worried.)
When I accepted the tea and took a sip, a faint taste of oranges was spreading within my mouth.

Peco: Right!? Lutifa said that place sells all kinds of different teas! Stuff that the castle doesn't have! I'm looking forward to it~!!
Looking at Peco-kun's smile that was filled with expectations made me think about one thing.

Since Lutifa-san was taller and has a better physique than the thief, a single glare from him made the thieves public to everyone.

The thieves released Peco-kun and ran off from there...
